We created this custom HDU entrance sign for New Jersey Audubon’s Lorrimer Sanctuary in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Mounted between two 6×6 posts, the sign provides a welcoming landmark at 790 Ewing Avenue.
The design combines a rich brown, woodgrain-style background with a white border and contrasting dimensional lettering. New Jersey Audubon’s bird-and-cattail emblem adds color and connects the sign to the sanctuary’s natural surroundings. The curved top and lower edge give the panel a traditional appearance, complemented by the white posts and decorative caps.
Made from high-density urethane, the sign panel offers the appearance of a traditional wood sign in a material that resists rot. The prominent sanctuary name and separate address area make the information easy for arriving visitors to find.
