5/7/12 - This has been a particularly difficult month with the equipment. The most frustrating off all lately is getting our new 3D software to talk to our router. With a lot of patience and help from our friends at Enroute, the software and the hardware are back on speaking terms and we can put into production some of the amazing signs this new software has given us the tools to design. The first to come out are these cool signs to help organize a local metal supplier. Enroute lets us introduce texture into my carving like never before and we can wrap our lettering around any shape imaginable, pretty cool right!
8/6/12 - Da Da is my daughters word for All Done. I had a lot of fun making this sign, but at some point it has to leave the workbench.
8/16/12 - SignCraft Magazine asked us to participate in a section of the magazine called Price this Panel. We were told the sign should be round, against a brick background with the copy Muddy River BBQ. It was a really fun project to work on and the editors Tom and John Mcltrot were great to work with. It's a real honor to particate in a magazine we have been reading for 20 years.

8/22/12 - Well the sign is done and installed and it looks great! Maybe next year we can add gold leaf prismatic letters. They would really pop in the morning sun.
