Last night while watching the HBO movie featuring Robert DiNiro and Michelle Pfeiffer I was pleasantly surprised to see and old friend, a sign I made for the U.S. Federal Building at 26 Federal Plaza in NYC over 25 years ago. Back then the Federal Government was my biggest client and I made a lot of signs for this building. Its great to see they are still at work helping people get where they need to go!
20 Years ago I had a similar surprise when I turned on MTV in 1996 and saw Eric Clapton sitting in front of one of my signs in Hoboken Station for the music video for his song "Change the World " that was featured in the movie Phenomenon starring John Travolta. Its a big blurry, but it sure gave me a hell of a thrill at the time!
