We were happy to deliver this beautiful handcrafted sign just hours before TMC's fundraiser featuring 6 unique and iconic area homes.
Rockin the New Shop
Today, we cut a hole in the side of the new shop and loaded in the sheetrock. We are making progress but there is still a lot to do to get the new shop in shape before winter sets in. We need to finish siding, install the garage door, paint, install the stairs, install the bathroom....., and more things than I care to remember. We are doing our best to process orders, but we have our hands full with the construction, so please be patient all will be back much better and faster post construction.
EXPECT DELAYS
Our new addition is coming nicely but we need to concentrate on finishing before the cold weather sets in. Its important that we finish up soon so that we can not only get back to normal but take advantage of all the benefits and new capabilities our new shop will bring to us and our customers. We ask you to please be patient. We are doing our best to process orders in production and help customers in a timely manner but please be advised that turn around times, returned phone calls and emails will be delayed for the foreseeable future
Our New CNC Router Finally Arrives!
Its been a long time coming, but its finnally arrived. Our new CNC is state of the art, its bigger, faster, easier to use and more equipped to deal with the complexities of 3d sculpting. We just need to put it through its paces, test its boundaries and we'll be off to making more and more complex sculpted signs. Built from scratch by Tom Penner and Matt Shaver, its a pretty awsome piece of technology I can't wait to get my hands on...
One Good Sign Deserves Another
Word has gotten around and we are pleased to announce that we will be making another custom sign for local emergency service volunteers, this time in the picturesque community of Peapack-Gladstone. The squad was interested in replacing a dated 1980's sandblasted sign with a new dimensional sign. I designed the posts to echo the shape of the portico of the colonial style building. We will make the hanging frame out of cedar for its beauty and longevity and will paint or stain it grey to link it to the building. The shape of the sign is roughly that of a bell as a symbol of emergency services. I look forward to starting work. This handcrafted carved sign will have raised gold leaf lettering against a woodgrained burgandy background.
