Post House Road Just Became that Street with the Awesome Sign

Local Resident Thomas Williams has been maintaining the entrance to this beautiful wooded community just outside of Morristown, NJ for over 20 years. When his old sign gave out he came to us for a classic carved sign that would express the pride and love he has for his community. Thomas is very pleased with the result as are his neighbors many of whom stopped to thank and compliment us for a job well done! Come see us if you would like a landmark dimentional sign for your office, community or home!

What a Great Day for a Celebration!

Brookside Engine Company 1 celebrated it's 100 Anniversary in style on the 4th with a parade, free food and drink, clowns, balloons, a dunking pool and a pie eating contest. All of Mendhamand all of the neighboring fire stations came out to show support for Mendhams bravest. Our custom made carved sign was a big hit, almost as much as the Budweiser truck. It was a real pleasure hanging out with all the Firemen! if you live in the Mendham area, check out for yourself what a great bunch of guys these are and volunteer, visit them online at bec1.org.

Brookside Fire Company Celebrates its 100th Anniversary with a New Sign!

Because of the work we have done for a number of other local fire stations,  BETC#1 chose us to design and build a sign for the new fire station before their 100 Anniversary Celebration this coming July 4. Brookside is a proud historic district within Menham Township NJ that is listed on both the state and national register of historic places. They were looking for a dimensional sign that would complement the charm of this historic community. Using modern and traditional methods we created this handsome carved sign that features raised 23K gold leaf prismatic letters against a traditional black smalts (crushed glass) background, the center featuring a traditional Maltese Cross with a hammered finish and a palladium gold 1. With the help of Ladder Truck 43 on loan from Randolph Fire Dept., we got the job done. Thanks to everyone that was on hand to help out, operate the equipment and coordinate. The volunteers are a great bunch of guys! If you would like to help them usher in another 100yrs, visit the station's website at bec1.org

Our Very First Museum Sign

It gave us great pride to produce this sign for the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts in Madison NJ. (METC.org). It is a fascinating space build in 1900 as a Free Library. It became the METC in 1969 with perminant exhibits of the everyday tools used by craftsmen in New Jersey for the past 250 years. We took great care to reproduce the texture of the granite blockinto this beautiful hand carved sign.
